SOMA FIGHT CLUB Shipping Policy
Welcome to SOMA Fight Club. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully, as it outlines how we ship your order, expected delivery timeframes, and your responsibilities as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Where We Ship
We ship SOMA merchandise worldwide from Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.

Domestic shipping and local delivery are available across Indonesia.

We currently ship internationally to 10 countries: Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States.

All international orders are shipped via Kurasi Express — Economy Plus.
If your country is not listed, email us at merchandise@somafightclub.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

We aim to pack and hand off to our courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

We do not process orders on weekends, Nyepi (Balinese Day of Silence), Christmas Day after 11:00 AM, or January 1st.

Orders are processed as normal on all other Indonesian public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Exact rates and timeframes are shown at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customers in the Canggu, Seminyak, and Kerobokan areas may have same-day or next-day local delivery available at checkout.
4. International Shipping

All international orders ship via Kurasi Express — Economy Plus, with a flat 10–15 business day delivery standard to every destination we serve.

Economy Plus includes full end-to-end tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance coverage up to USD 50 per item.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight — you will see the exact cost before confirming payment.

Countries served: Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States — all at the same 10–15 business day estimate.
These are estimates from dispatch date. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing in your country, local public holidays, or carrier conditions outside our control. Soma Fight Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers once the shipment has left our facility.
5. Pricing and Currency

Prices can be displayed in several currencies for your convenience, including AUD, EUR, GBP, IDR, SGD, NZD, USD, MYR, THB, and PHP.

Regardless of the currency shown while browsing, all payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at checkout.

Your bank or card provider will convert the IDR amount to your local currency. No additional fees are charged by us — any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees are set by your bank.
6. Customs and Import Duties

Depending on your country, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Soma Fight Club has no control over customs charges or processing times.

Packages left uncollected at customs can be returned to sender — act promptly if your local courier contacts you.
7. Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Track your shipment at kurasi.id by entering your tracking number, or reply to your confirmation email and we will check the status for you.
8. Order Issues

Wrong address — please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are not able to redirect a shipment once it is in the courier system.

Delayed delivery — if your order has not moved on tracking for more than 5 business days past the estimated window, email us at merchandise@somafightclub.com with your order number.

Damaged goods — contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Lost shipment — if tracking confirms your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with Kurasi to resolve it.
9. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Acceptance of Terms
