A grappling based martial art in which submissions are the main focus. This program consists of both Gi and No Gi classes where you will be equipped with the fundamentals all the way to the advanced techniques. Whether you're just starting out or a colored belt, this program has a place for you.
Suitable for all levels, our coaches will match and pair you with partners of the same skill level and discipline (K1/Muay Thai/Boxing). Focus for this will be on technique and less power to have a controlled and fun environment. 16 Oz gloves and a mouthpiece are required.
A 90-minute class to challenge your mind and body. This program consists of HIIT, sprint, cardio and other high intensity moves that aim to create individuals who are not only fit and fast, but also refuse to quit.
Fight Team Training
By invitation only. A class for the members who have extensive training experience or professional fight experience. Pads, conditioning, partner drills at a higher intensity with a focus on fine tuning and details.
Fight Team Sparring
By invitation only. 8-12 rounds of 3-minute sparring. High level, high intensity for experienced fighters.
A class that enhances athletic characteristics to help striking sports by combining speed, power, strength, muscle endurance, as well as balance and stability, which are fundamental for fighting sports. We focus on all-around muscle and strength conditioning, while developing more muscle and power and working towards maintenance of each throughout the strength cycle.
The SOMA mobility program is an hour class designed to increase and strengthen your range of motion within key areas of the body for combat sports. The program is held three times a week. Monday is focused on the lower body; hips and legs. Wednesday is focused on the upper body; chest, shoulders and upper thoracic regions. Friday is a full body mobility session to revive your body after a full week of training.
